- Online Orders: We'll gladly refund your items if you return them to our Warehouse or simply visit any Rockmans store for an exchange or a Beme Gift Card. 

As long as they meet our return requirements which can be found here.

In-store Purchases: If you've had a change of heart, remember to bring your original receipt for a swift exchange of items or a Beme Gift Card.

Unfortunately, in-store purchases can't be returned online.
